Customer Journey and Digital Marketing Bootcamp
Why Digital Marketing Needs Its Own AI Programme
Most AI marketing training starts with tools — prompts for content, ads and social — and skips the harder question underneath: why should this customer choose you, trust you, and stay? Teams leave able to generate more of everything, with no clearer positioning, no real trust plan, and no idea which customers are actually worth keeping.
That gap shows up as the same symptoms, quarter after quarter:
No real differentiation
Positioning is a slogan, not a decision filter — competitors and offers blur together in the customer’s mind.Trust is assumed, not built
Proof and community are treated as nice-to-haves, not the growth channel they actually are.Spend without segmentation
Campaigns built for “everyone,” so budget chases low-value customers at the same rate as your best ones.No visibility on customer value
Nobody can say what a customer is worth over their lifetime — so retention and loyalty investment is a guess, not a decision.Content without a journey
Content, ads and email are produced in isolation, disconnected from where a real customer actually is — lead, first close, onboarding, or win-back.Loyalty treated as an afterthought
Retention and repeat-purchase mechanics are bolted on late, instead of designed in from the positioning and CLV work upfront. That’s exactly why the Customer Journey and Digital Marketing Bootcamp exists — it starts with strategy (differentiation, trust, community), grounds it in customer data, then builds the marketing execution on top of both.
What Your Team Leaves Able to Do
Read the Marketing Shift
See how AI search, trust and community are changing how customers discover and choose you — before deciding what to do about it.
Differentiation & Positioning
Articulate, in one sentence, why a customer should choose you over any alternative — using the POSITION → DIFFERENTIATE → OWN framework.
Trust & Community Growth
Turn proof and community into a repeatable growth channel, not a one-off campaign or an afterthought.
Customer Journey, Analytics & Segmentation
Diagnose where revenue leaks across the journey, then build AI-assisted segments from real behaviour data.
CLV, Customer Profit & Loyalty Economics
Model customer lifetime value and profit per segment, and size loyalty investment against it.
Content, SEO/AEO, Social & Paid Execution
Produce content, organic search, social and paid assets targeted at the segments that matter most.
Loyalty, Dashboards & the 90-Day Plan
Run loyalty/lifecycle campaigns, read a dashboard as a next-action recommendation, and leave with a resourced plan.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Customer Journey and Digital Marketing Bootcamp and how does it work?
It’s a 3-day programme that starts with strategy — differentiation, positioning, trust and community on Day 1 — then brings in AI to build customer segmentation and CLV models, and applies all of it to content, SEO/AEO, social, paid, loyalty and email execution. Every session ends with a working output, not just notes.
Is Day 1 all AI tools, or is there a strategy component?
Day 1 is deliberately strategy-first: differentiation, positioning, trust and community, worked through as a team using frameworks and facilitated discussion — no AI tool required. AI is introduced from Day 2, once the strategic foundation is in place.
Is this bootcamp HRD Corp (HRDC) claimable?
Yes — the programme is structured to be claimable under the SBL-Khas / SBL scheme, subject to your organisation’s active HRD Corp levy status. Full course outline, costing table, and claimability documentation are provided on request through your HRD Corp approved training provider.
Do we need prior AI or data analytics experience?
No. The programme starts from first principles — positioning, then what customer segmentation and CLV actually mean for your business — before introducing any AI tool, so non-technical marketers and business owners follow every session.
Do we need to code or use Excel/SQL for the analytics parts?
No coding is required. Segmentation, CLV and dashboard work are done with your AI assistant guiding the process — you bring the customer data (even a simple spreadsheet), the AI helps structure the analysis.
Does this cover loyalty programmes, or only one-off campaigns?
Both — Module 6 covers loyalty economics (tiering, earn/burn) tied to CLV, and Module 9 has you design and build a loyalty/retention sequence, not just a single campaign.
Can this be delivered on-site for our team only?
Yes — this is designed as a department- or company-specific programme, delivered in-person, virtually, or hybrid, rather than a mixed public cohort.
