AI Capability & Strategy 2027: The CEO Playbook
Lead the change with confidence, so disruption doesn’t decide your company’s future for you.
Why this session
Most companies have tried AI. Few have a strategy for it.
AI is already changing how customers buy, how work gets done and how companies compete. This session helps CEOs step back from the tools, assess where their company stands, and decide where AI should create value in 2027 across the business model, operations and marketing, with their people brought along at every step.
Outcomes
What every CEO leaves with
- 1A clear view of how AI will change their industry in 2027
- 2Their company’s AI Capability Score across 3 areas
- 3One priority each for business model, operations and marketing
- 4A one-page 2027 AI strategy
- 5A 90-day roadmap for January to March
The framework
AI Capability Scorecard
Each CEO scores their company from 1 to 5 in three areas of the business. People are part of every area: who leads it, which roles change and which skills matter.
Business Model
Value proposition, offers, pricing and revenue streams. Where could AI open a new offer, or let a competitor change the game?
People: is the leadership team aligned on where AI fits?
Operations
Workflows, cost, productivity, data readiness, AI usage policy and PDPA.
People: does the team have the skills, and is there an AI champion to lead adoption?
Marketing & Customers
Visibility in AI search, lead generation, the customer journey and follow-up.
People: is the marketing and sales team ready to work alongside AI?
