I’m an AI Digitalisation Trainer and technology entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience helping SMEs transform operations through software, ERP, and now AI-driven automation.

I began my career as a full-stack developer and ERP consultant, building and implementing enterprise systems across Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and China—covering CRM, sales, inventory, manufacturing, HR, payroll, and finance. Over the years, I worked closely with business owners and leadership teams, translating complex technology into practical, scalable solutions.

Since 2020, I’ve focused on AI adoption, chatbots, and workflow automation, helping organisations reduce costs, improve efficiency, and gain better operational visibility. Recognising that many businesses struggle not with technology—but with how to apply it meaningfully—I transitioned my role from solution builder to AI Digitalisation Trainer.

I’m the Founder of E-Global SCM Solutions, part of the Digitalisation Pillar at E3 Tech Start, and Co-Founder of the Digital AI Business Club, where I help SMEs and professionals adopt AI responsibly and profitably. As a HRD Corp Accredited Trainer (TTT), I deliver practical, claimable training focused on real business outcomes—not hype.
