This policy explains what personal data DigitalAI Business Club collects when you visit our website, contact us on WhatsApp, register for a class or join our membership, and how we use and protect it. It is written to meet Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), as amended in 2024.

1. Who we are

DigitalAI Business Club (digitalaibusinessclub.com) is operated by [CONFIRM: 10xAI Business Consulting Sdn Bhd], Company No. [CONFIRM: registration number], [CONFIRM: registered business address] (“we”, “us”). We run AI strategy training, public classes including the Claude AI for Business 3-level pathway, corporate training and a business membership community.

2. Data we collect

Giving us your data is voluntary. If you choose not to give the details needed for registration or an HRD Corp claim, we may not be able to confirm your seat or support the claim.

3. How we use your data

• Answer your enquiries about fees, dates, levels and HRD Corp claimability
• Register you for classes, send pre-class setup checklists and venue details
• Issue invoices and receipts, and keep financial records
• Prepare HRD Corp claim documents when your employer asks us to
• Run the 30-day WhatsApp coaching and the membership you signed up for
• Send you class updates, free resources and offers, only if you agreed to receive them. You can stop these at any time by replying “STOP” or telling us.
• Measure which ads and pages bring enquiries, so we spend our advertising budget well
• Improve our classes, website and materials
• Meet legal, tax and regulatory requirements

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies from Google:

• Google Analytics: shows us how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on page, device type).
• Google Tag Manager: manages the tags on our site.
• Google Ads conversion tracking: tells us when someone who clicked our Google ad goes on to contact us, for example by tapping a WhatsApp button.
• Google Ads remarketing: may show our ads to people who visited our site before, on Google Search, YouTube and partner websites.

Google may process this data under its own policy. See How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your choices

• Turn off personalised ads in Google My Ad Center.
• Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works, but we can no longer measure your visit.

5. WhatsApp

When you tap a WhatsApp button on our site, WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message. The message may include a short reference (for example “ref: G”) so we know you came from our website or an ad. Nothing is sent until you press send.

We use WhatsApp Business to reply to you. We may label your chat (for example “enquiry” or “registered”) to keep track of your booking. WhatsApp is a service of Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to how WhatsApp handles your messages.

6. AI tools

We teach AI, and we use it in our own work. We may use AI tools such as Claude to help with admin tasks like drafting replies, summarising feedback or preparing reports. We do not enter identity card numbers, passport numbers or payment details into AI tools.

In class, you work in your own Claude account. We provide sample files so you can practise without using real customer data. If you choose to use your own business files, you control them. Please avoid uploading other people’s personal data unless you have the right to do so.

7. Who we share data with

We share only what is needed, with:

• Our trainers and co-trainers who deliver your class and coaching
• HRD Corp and your employer, for company-sponsored claims
• Service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, cloud storage, our online registration system, accounting and banking
• Authorities, when the law requires it

Our service providers may use your data only to provide their service to us.

8. Transfers outside Malaysia

Some of our service providers, including Google and Meta (WhatsApp), store data on servers outside Malaysia. When this happens, we rely on providers that apply security and privacy standards substantially similar to the PDPA.

9. How long we keep data

• Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 24 months, then deleted
• Participant and membership records: while you are an active participant or member, and up to 3 years after
• Invoices, receipts and HRD Corp claim records: 7 years, as required for tax and audit purposes
• Website analytics data: as set in Google Analytics, up to 14 months

10. Security

We protect your data with access controls, two-step verification on our accounts, and by limiting access to the people who need it. If a data breach occurs that may cause you significant harm, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner and, where required, you, within the timelines set by the PDPA.

11. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you can:

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct data that is wrong, incomplete or out of date
• Withdraw your consent, or ask us to stop direct marketing at any time
• Ask us to transfer your data to another organisation, where technically possible
• Ask us to limit how we use your data

Send your request to the contact below. We will reply within 21 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Our classes and membership are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12. Contact us

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change affects how we use your data in a significant way, we will tell you before it applies.

This policy is available in English and Bahasa Malaysia. If the two versions differ, the English version applies.

Notis ini menerangkan data peribadi yang dikumpul oleh DigitalAI Business Club apabila anda melawat laman web kami, menghubungi kami melalui WhatsApp, mendaftar untuk kelas atau menyertai keahlian kami, serta cara kami menggunakan dan melindunginya. Notis ini disediakan selaras dengan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (PDPA) Malaysia, seperti yang dipinda pada 2024.

1. Siapa kami

2. Data yang kami kumpul

• Butiran hubungan: nama, nombor telefon bimbit, e-mel, syarikat, jawatan
• Butiran pendaftaran: tahap dan tarikh kelas, bilangan tempat, butiran invois
• Rekod pembayaran: resit pindahan bank, status invois dan pembayaran. Kami tidak menyimpan nombor kad.
• Butiran tuntutan HRD Corp: nama majikan, nombor kad pengenalan atau pasport, rekod kehadiran (hanya untuk peserta tajaan syarikat)
• Rekod perbualan: mesej WhatsApp dan e-mel dengan kami
• Data penggunaan laman web: alamat IP, jenis peranti dan pelayar, halaman yang dilihat, butang yang diklik, iklan atau pautan yang membawa anda ke laman kami
• Maklum balas dan foto kelas: kami hanya menerbitkan nama, foto atau petikan anda dengan kebenaran anda

Pemberian data adalah secara sukarela. Jika anda tidak memberikan butiran yang diperlukan untuk pendaftaran atau tuntutan HRD Corp, kami mungkin tidak dapat mengesahkan tempat anda atau menyokong tuntutan tersebut.

3. Cara kami menggunakan data anda

• Menjawab pertanyaan anda tentang yuran, tarikh, tahap dan tuntutan HRD Corp
• Mendaftarkan anda ke kelas, menghantar senarai semak persediaan dan butiran tempat
• Mengeluarkan invois dan resit, serta menyimpan rekod kewangan
• Menyediakan dokumen tuntutan HRD Corp atas permintaan majikan anda
• Menjalankan bimbingan WhatsApp 30 hari dan keahlian yang anda sertai
• Menghantar kemas kini kelas, sumber percuma dan tawaran, hanya jika anda bersetuju. Anda boleh berhenti pada bila-bila masa dengan membalas “STOP” atau memberitahu kami.
• Mengukur iklan dan halaman yang membawa pertanyaan, supaya bajet iklan digunakan dengan baik
• Menambah baik kelas, laman web dan bahan kami
• Mematuhi keperluan undang-undang, cukai dan peraturan

Kami tidak menjual data peribadi anda.

4. Kuki, analitik dan pengiklanan

Laman web kami menggunakan kuki dan teknologi serupa daripada Google: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, penjejakan penukaran Google Ads dan pemasaran semula (remarketing) Google Ads. Google boleh memproses data ini di bawah polisinya sendiri.

Pilihan anda: matikan iklan diperibadikan di Google My Ad Center, gunakan alat tambah penolakan Google Analytics, atau sekat dan padam kuki dalam tetapan pelayar anda.

5. WhatsApp

Apabila anda menekan butang WhatsApp di laman kami, WhatsApp dibuka dengan mesej yang telah diisi. Mesej ini mungkin mengandungi rujukan ringkas (contohnya “ref: G”) supaya kami tahu anda datang dari laman web atau iklan kami. Tiada apa yang dihantar sehingga anda menekan hantar. Kami menggunakan WhatsApp Business dan mungkin melabel perbualan anda untuk menjejak tempahan. WhatsApp ialah perkhidmatan Meta, dan polisi privasi WhatsApp terpakai.

6. Alat AI

Kami mungkin menggunakan alat AI seperti Claude untuk membantu kerja pentadbiran, seperti merangka balasan atau meringkaskan maklum balas. Kami tidak memasukkan nombor kad pengenalan, nombor pasport atau butiran pembayaran ke dalam alat AI. Dalam kelas, anda menggunakan akaun Claude anda sendiri dan fail contoh yang kami sediakan.

7. Dengan siapa kami berkongsi data

Kami hanya berkongsi apa yang perlu dengan jurulatih dan jurulatih bersama kami, HRD Corp dan majikan anda (untuk tuntutan tajaan syarikat), penyedia perkhidmatan (hos laman web, e-mel, storan awan, sistem pendaftaran dalam talian, perakaunan dan perbankan), serta pihak berkuasa apabila dikehendaki oleh undang-undang.

8. Pemindahan ke luar Malaysia

Sesetengah penyedia perkhidmatan kami, termasuk Google dan Meta (WhatsApp), menyimpan data di pelayan luar Malaysia. Kami bergantung kepada penyedia yang menggunakan standard keselamatan dan privasi yang hampir sama dengan PDPA.

9. Tempoh penyimpanan data

• Pertanyaan yang tidak membawa kepada tempahan: sehingga 24 bulan
• Rekod peserta dan ahli: semasa anda aktif, dan sehingga 3 tahun selepas itu
• Invois, resit dan rekod tuntutan HRD Corp: 7 tahun, untuk tujuan cukai dan audit
• Data analitik laman web: sehingga 14 bulan

10. Keselamatan

Kami melindungi data anda dengan kawalan akses, pengesahan dua langkah pada akaun kami, dan dengan menghadkan akses kepada mereka yang memerlukannya. Jika berlaku pelanggaran data yang boleh menyebabkan kemudaratan ketara, kami akan memaklumkan Pesuruhjaya Perlindungan Data Peribadi dan, jika perlu, anda, dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan oleh PDPA.

11. Hak anda

Di bawah PDPA, anda boleh meminta salinan data peribadi anda, membetulkan data yang salah, menarik balik persetujuan atau menghentikan pemasaran langsung, meminta data anda dipindahkan kepada organisasi lain (jika boleh dari segi teknikal), dan mengehadkan penggunaan data anda. Hantar permintaan kepada kami di bawah. Kami akan membalas dalam tempoh 21 hari.

Kelas dan keahlian kami adalah untuk orang dewasa. Kami tidak sengaja mengumpul data daripada sesiapa di bawah umur 18 tahun.
